Request a transcript from the institution(s) at which you have studied. Have your transcripts sent to: The Registrar Students’ Affairs Office Trench Town Polytechnic College Eighth Street, Trench Town, P.O. Box 13, Kingston 12.
Attend an interview for which you are expected to dress professionally
Each Application should be accompanied by:
Copy of all professional Certificates. (Please take originals for verification).
Copy of examination Certificates. (Please take originals for verification).
Copy of birth Certificate. (Please take originals for verification).
Copy of marriage Certificates, where applicable. (Please take originals for verification).
Two passport sized photographs notarized by a Justice of the Peace, Minister of Religion or Principal as buing a true photograph of the applicant.
Two professional recommendations. (Originals only).
Tax Payer Registration Number (TRN).
A Police Record (where applicable).
Food Handlers’ Permit (Where applicable).
